摘要
通过总结广西玉米抗旱研究进展情况,为持续有效开展玉米抗旱相关研究提供参考。本文查阅了自1995年以来公开发表的与广西玉米抗旱相关的研究成果,对这些研究进行归纳总结后发现,广西有关玉米抗旱研究已有较多报道,包括抗旱玉米品种的引进和选育、玉米材料和品种的抗旱性鉴定、玉米抗旱栽培模式研究和玉米抗旱基因的克隆表达等。这些研究大多涉及抗旱相关农艺性状和生理生化指标,较少涉及玉米抗旱栽培模式和抗旱分子机理研究。因此后续应重视玉米抗旱栽培模式研究,加强玉米抗旱研究深度,同时结合广西玉米生产实践,从分子水平阐述我区玉米抗旱的内在机制,进一步提升我区玉米抗旱育种水平。
This paper summarizes the research progress of drought resistance of maize in Guangxi based on reviewing the relevant research results published since 1995 to provide reference for sustained and effective research on drought resistance of maize.Results found that many studies on introduction,breeding,identification,cultivation mode,gene cloning and expression of drought-resistant maize variety have been reported.Most of these studies involve in agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical indicators,but less in cultivation models and molecular mechanisms of maize.Therefore,combining with production practice,should do more studies on cultivation mode and molecular mechanisms,so as to further improve the breeding level of drought-resistant maize species in Guangxi.
