摘要
通过梳理玉米抗旱性鉴定研究的相关文献资料,从作物抗旱机理出发,归纳了不同鉴定时期、鉴定技术方法、评判指标、抗旱级别划分的异同,从中分析了玉米种质资源抗旱性鉴定存在的问题并提出了建议,以期为玉米种质资源的抗旱性鉴定、抗旱性资源的发掘利用等提供参考。
This paper analyzed different methods on mechanism,experiment stages,measurements indexes,evaluation standard by comparing a serious of research reports on drought resistance identification of maize germplasm,analyzed the problems of drought resistance identification and put forward the proposal so as to provide better way for exploration of drought resistant materials from maize germplasm.
