我国少数民族高等教育获得研究:基于首都大学生成长追踪调查的实证分析 被引量:5

Research of Access to Higher Education of Ethnic Minorities ——Based on the Empirical Analysis of a Follow-up Survey of the Growth of University Students in Beijing

摘要 近年来,关于教育获得的研究主要集中在阶层、城乡和性别差异等领域,对少数民族高等教育获得的研究相对匮乏。本文利用首都大学生成长追踪调查数据(BCSPS),对少数民族高等教育获得途径和影响因素进行考察,发现少数民族在高等教育获得方面,仍以参加高考为主,参加自主招生考试比例低于汉族,并且大部分少数民族享受加分政策。此外,本研究进一步采用Mlogit回归模型分析发现,与汉族不同,家庭背景对于少数民族高等教育获得影响较弱,而高中学校层次对高等教育获得影响非常显著。值得注意的是,少数民族高考加分政策对其进入重点大学并无明显帮助,而参加自主招生考试对进入北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学等一流学校有显著帮助。 In recent years,there have been many studies of the access to education,which are focused on issues of class,urban and rural areas and gender.Obviously,these researches have ignored the topic of access to higher education of ethnic minorities.In this paper,using the data of CSDPS,a research is made of the access to higher education of ethnic students and the influencing factors.It is found that the access to high education of ethnic students is mainly through college entrance examination,while the proportion of ethnic students is still lower than that of Han students in taking independent college entrance examination.In addition,most ethnic students can enjoy the bonus policy,which alleviates ethnic inequality to some extent.Furthermore,the analysis of using Mlogit regression model shows that different from Han students,family background has a weak influence on the educational access of ethnic students,while the level of high school has an obvious influence on it.Interestingly,the bonus policy does not give them a significant help to enter the key universities,while taking independent entrance examination provides a significant help for them to enter elite universities,for instance,Peking university,Tsinghua University and Renmin University of China.
