摘要
基于对民族地区两性教育不平等问题的研究成果,运用计量经济学方法,从宗教文化环境、经济环境、教育环境及自然环境4个方面对影响牧区男性和女性受教育权利和机会的因素进行了对比分析。结果表明,牧区两性教育不平等问题的实质是女性教育不足,其原因是长期以来女性受教育权利和机会被严重剥夺,而造成这一后果的根源是传统民族文化中根深蒂固的"男尊女卑"思想和经济上的贫困。文章提出偏远农牧区女性教育落后状况的改善将主要取决于民族文化对女性的看法和定位的解放进程及经济发展的步伐,认为在不利的文化和经济环境下,交通等基础设施的改善,总体上会更有利于促进男性教育的发展,女性教育的受益会十分有限。
Based on the existing research results on gender inequality in education in ethnic regions,by using the econometric methods an contrastive study is done on the influence factors of the rights and opportunities of the males and females in pastoral areas to education from four aspects,namely religious and cultural environment,economic environment,educational environment and natural environment.The main conclusions are drawn as follows: gender inequality in education in pastoral areas shows in the defects of female education,because the rights and opportunities of females to education has been deprived for a long time.The source of this consequence is an ingrained view that men are superior to women in traditional culture and poverty.In the article some some suggestions are made to change the backwardness of female education in pastoral areas as well.
