摘要
植物提取物中含有多种营养成分和生物活性物质,具有营养和药用双重生理功能,并具有残留低和耐药弱等优点,在畜牧生产中具有良好的应用前景。但植物提取物的研究与应用过程中还存在一些安全问题,如原料自身安全隐患,有效成分及作用机制不明确,行业相关标准不全面等,这阻碍了其在畜牧饲料行业中的长远发展。本文综述了植物提取物的生物学功能以及其在畜牧生产中的应用研究,同时分析总结了其存在的安全风险,以期为植物提取物更好地被应用推广和规范相关行业提供参考依据。
Plant extracts contain a variety of nutrients and bioactive substances,have both nutritional and medicinal dual physiological functions,with low residual and weak drug resistance.It has a good prospect of application in livestock production.However,there are still some safety problems in the research and application of plant extracts,such as hidden safety risks of raw materials,unclear active ingredients and mechanism of action,incomplete industry standards,etc,which hinder plant extracts long-term development in animal husbandry and feed industry.This article summarized reported studies on plant extract's biological function,application in animal husbandry and analyzed its safety risks.In order to better application and popularize for it and provide a reference for standardize relevant industries.
