摘要
针灸疗效与治疗时间密切相关,治疗时间的变化会对疗效造成不同的影响。目前,对时间因素与针刺疗效相关性的研究已取得了一定的进展,但针对针灸疗程时长与机体自愈能力的相关影响因素的探讨尚未涉及。该研究从针灸疗程时长的角度出发,将传统古籍中的理论与现代医学理论相结合,探讨其对人体自愈能力的影响,以期为临床针灸治疗提供参考。
The efficacy of acupuncture is closely related to the duration of treatment,and variations in treatment duration will have different effects on efficacy.At present,some progress has been made in the study of correlation between the time factor and the efficacy of acupuncture,but the investigation of the factors influencing the length of acupuncture course in relation to the body’s self-healing ability has not yet been addressed.From the perspective of the duration of acupuncture course,this paper combines theories from traditional ancient literature with modern medical theories to explore the factors influencing the body’s self-healing ability,with a view to providing a reference for clinical acupuncture treatment.
