摘要
喹噁啉类药物是一类人工合成的抗菌和促进生长剂,曾被广泛用于促进动物生长和抗菌治病,用以改善饲料利用率和提高动物体重增长.有些种类如喹乙醇和卡巴氧毒性大,具有明显的致癌、致畸、致突变作用,在动物体内的残留对人和动物的健康具有极大危害.本文综述了食品链不同样品中喹噁啉类药物及其代谢物残留的分析检测技术,并对其发展趋势进行了展望.
Quinoxalines are a class of synthetic antibacterial and growth-promoting agents,these drugs have been widely used to promote animal growth and antibacterial treatment to improve feed utilization and increase animal weight gain.Some species are highly toxic such as olaquindox and carbadox,which has obvious carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic effects,its residues in animals are extremely harmful to human and animal health.This paper reviewed sample pretreatment techniques for the detection of quinoxalins and their metabolites in different samples of food chain,and prospected their development trend.
