摘要
在我国城镇化快速推进时期,作为推进农业转移人口市民化、实现耕地保护的根本途径,农村宅基地退出制度改革引起了政界和学界的广泛关注。以2009-2018年CNKI和CSSCI收录的关于宅基地退出研究的论文为数据来源,以信息可视化软件CiteSpace为研究工具,绘制知识图谱,将宅基地退出领域研究的基本情况、研究热点和发展趋势进行可视化分析。结果表明:(1)十年间以宅基地退出为主题的期刊年发文量总体呈快速增长态势;研究作者和机构间尚未形成紧密的合作关系;宅基地退出领域研究被引较多的作者研究方向主要为土地经济与政策,被引较多的期刊主要为经济和公共管理领域的核心期刊。(2)研究热点主要为宅基地退出相关制度与政策研究、宅基地退出实践探索、宅基地退出相关影响因素和主体研究三个方面。涉及的具体内容包括宅基地退出制度的必要性、制度困境及解决路径、各地方宅基地退出的模式、补偿方式和补偿标准研究等。(3)宅基地退出领域研究从主要关注宏观层面的制度改革逐渐过渡为关注微观层面的宅基地退出主体意愿与行为,日益重视对作为决策主体的个人研究,研究趋向角度多样化、内容精细化、方法科学化。最后,通过总结当前学术界宅基地退出领域研究现状,提出该领域的研究展望。
During the period of rapid urbanization in China,as a fundamental way to promote the citizenization of agricultural transfer population and protect the cultivated land,the reform of rural homestead exit system has aroused widespread concern in the political and academic circles.Taking the papers on the homestead exit from CNKI and CSSCI from 2009 to 2018 as the data source,the information visualization software CiteSpace is used as the research tool to map the knowledge domain to visualize the basic situation,research hotspots and development trends of homestead exit research.The results are embodied in the following aspects.The annual number of published papers in journals with the topic of homestead exit has generally increased rapidly in the decade.There is no close cooperative relationship between research authors and institutions.The main research direction of authors whose papers are more cited is mainly the land economy and policy.The most cited journals are mainly core journals in the field of economics and public administration.Research hotspots are mainly related to the study of homestead exit system and policy,the practical exploration of homestead exit,and the factors of and main research on homestead exit.The content involved includes the necessity of homestead exit system,the institutional dilemma and the solution path,the mode of local homestead exit,the compensation method and the compensation standard.The research on homestead exit has gradually shifted from the focus on institutional reform at the macro level to the willingness and behavior of homestead exit subject at the micro level.It has increasingly paid more attention to the research on individuals who are the subjects of decision-making.Research trends are diversified.Research contents are refined,and methods are scientific.Finally,the research prospects in this field are proposed by summarizing the current research situation.
