摘要
比较现代化研究的成果表明,一个国家在政治上的先进性往往是其在现代化发展上脱颖而出的决定性要素,一个国家在政治上的落后则必然成为其现代化发展中难以摆脱的沉重枷锁。作为一个广土众民的国家,中国在现代化发展中出现的各种地域性、阶层性等巨大落差,也可溯源于彼此在政治上的先进与落后之别。政治上的不平衡不充分,虽然根源于社会及经济的不平衡不充分,但又会反过来加重社会及经济等的不平衡不充分。当人们在新时代越来越自觉地创造自己历史的时候,政治的不平衡不充分就成了一个更加具有决定性的可控因素。中国特色社会主义政治的平衡充分发展是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的必要条件。
A country’s advancement in politics,some studies tell,often serves as the decisive factor in its modernization,a process which is inevitably dragged by her political backwardness,a heavy shackle.As a country with a vast territory and a large population,China’s huge disparities in various regions and strata can also be traced back to the differences in their each political development.The political inadequacy and imbalance,although rooted in social and economic development,will in turn aggravate the social and economic inadequacy and imbalances.When people create their own history more and more consciously in the new era,the political inadequacy and imbalance become a more decisive controllable factor.The balanced and full development of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics is a necessary condition for building a strong socialist modernization country in an all-round way.
