摘要
习近平法治思想的核心要义之一“坚持在法治轨道上推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化”,明确了法治是国家治理体系和治理能力的重要依托,指明了全面依法治国对实现国家治理体系系统性、规范性、协调性的保障作用。从现实层面来看,社会治理还面临一些不容忽视的制约因素。实现新时期社会治理的法治化、科学化、现代化,必须在习近平法治思想的引领下,继续加强理论研究和实践创新。应当构建科学完备的社会治理法治体系,推进形成共建共治共享的社会治理新局面,保障社会治理过程中的民主监督权利,加强社会矛盾纠纷的预防和源头治理,打造专业化的社会治理队伍,不断提升社会治理的智能化水平。
One of Xi Jinping’s core essentials of the rule of law“adheres to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities on the track of the rule of law”,which clarifies the important support of the rule of law as the national governance system and governance capabilities.The guarantee of sexual,standardized,and coordination.From a practical perspective,social governance also faces some constraints that cannot be ignored.To achieve the rule of law,scientificization,and modernization of social governance in the new period,we must continue to strengthen theoretical research and practice innovation under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thinking.The scientific and complete social governance rule of law should be constructed,promoting the formation of a new situation of social governance and sharing of co-construction and sharing,protecting the right to democratic supervision in the process of social governance,strengthening the prevention and source governance of social contradictions and disputes,and creating a professional social governance team,Continuously improve the intelligent level of social governance.
