摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是具有类似恶性肿瘤临床行为学特征的常见妇科良性病变,治疗较困难,复发率高。目前,EMs的发病机制尚不清楚,可能与机体自噬异常以及多种疾病的发生发展相关。自噬相关基因Beclin1和微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)可对哺乳动物细胞自噬的调节发挥重要作用,EMs中存在自噬异常,异位子宫内膜可能存在自噬活性改变或特定自噬基因的减少、缺失、变异以及蛋白质表达异常,但目前关于EMs中Beclin1和LC3表达的研究较少,且研究结果尚不统一。
Endometriosis( EMs) is a common gynecological benign lesion with similar clinical and behavioral characteristics of malignant tumors. It is difficult to treat and has a high recurrence rate. At present,the pathogenesis of EMs is still unclear,which may be related to abnormal autophagy and the occurrence and development of many diseases. Autophagyrelated genes Beclin 1 and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3( LC3) play an important role in the regulation of autophagy in mammalian cells. There are autophagic abnormalities in EMs. There may be changes in autophagic activity or reduction,deletion,mutation of specific autophagic genes and abnormal protein expression in ectopic endometrium. However,there are few studies on the expression of Beclin1 and LC3 in EMs,and the results are inconsistent.
