不同分期EMs患者IL-33,IL-37,miR-155及25-(OH)VitD3表达及临床意义 被引量:5

Expression and clinical significance of IL-33,IL-37,mir-155 and 25-(OH)VitD3 in EMs patients with different stages

摘要 目的了解白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、白细胞介素-37(IL-37)、微小RNA-155(miR-155)及25-羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)VitD3]在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)患者中的表达情况,并探讨其与EMs分期之间的相关性。方法收集2017年3月~2019年5月来医院就诊并确诊为EMs患者142例为EMs组,同时随机选取同期非EMs育龄妇女120名为对照组,分别检测血清中IL-33,IL-37,miR-155及25-(OH)VitD3表达水平,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果EMs组患者血清中IL-33和miR-155表达水平分别为816.73±95.72ng/L和2.76±1.17,明显高于对照组的359.42±38.15ng/L和1.24±0.53,而IL-37和25-(OH)VitD3表达水平分别为6.02±3.27ng/L和28.05±7.54nmol/L,明显低于对照组的12.84±4.95ng/L和54.72±13.76nmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着EMs病情严重程度的加重,患者血清中IL-33和miR-155水平逐渐升高,而IL-37和25-(OH)VitD3水平逐渐下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);通过Spearman相关性分析,IL-33和miR-155表达水平与EMs分期呈正相关(r=0.7261,0.6905,P<0.05),而IL-37和25-(OH)VitD3表达水平呈负呈关(r=-0.5907,-0.6382,P<0.05)。结论EMs患者血清中IL-33和miR-155表达水平明显升高,而IL-37和25-(OH)VitD3表达水平明显降低,且与EMs分期有相关。因此,IL-33,miR-155,IL-37和25-(OH)VitD3表达水平检测,对EMs患者的诊断和分期判断具有一定的临床意义。 Objective:To investigate the expression of interleukin-33(il-33),interleukin-37(il-37),microrna-155(mir-155)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)VitD3]in patients with endometriosis(EMs),and to investigate the correlation between interleukin-33(il-37),microrna-155(mir-155)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)VitD3]and EMs staging.Methods:142 patients diagnosed with EMs who visited the hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were collected as EMs group,and 120 non-EMs women of childbearing age during the same period were randomly selected as control group.The expression levels of IL-33,IL-37,miR-155 and 25-(OH)VitD3 in serum were detected,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results:The expression levels of IL-33 and miR-155 in the EMs group were 816.73±95.72ng/L and 2.76±1.17,respectively,which were significantly higher than 359.42±38.15ng/L and 1.24±0.53 in the control group,while the expression levels of IL-37 and 25-(OH)VitD3 were 6.02±3.27ng/L and 28.05±7.54nmol/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than 12.84±4.95ng/L and 54.72±13.76nmol/L in the control group.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).With the aggravation of the severity of EMs,the serum levels of IL-33 and miR-155 increased gradually,while the serum levels of IL-37 and 25-(OH)VitD3 decreased gradually,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that IL-33 and miR-155 expression levels were positively correlated with EMs staging(r=0.7261,0.6905,P<0.05),while IL-37 and 25-(OH)VitD3 expression levels were negatively correlated(r=-0.5907,-0.6382,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of IL-33 and miR-155 in the serum of EMs patients were significantly increased,while the expression levels of IL-37 and 25-(OH)VitD3 were significantly decreased,which was correlated with EMs staging.Therefore,the detection of expression levels of il-33,mir-155,il-37 and 25-(OH)VitD3 has certain clinical significance for the diagnosis and staging judgment of EMs patients.
