摘要
目的分析小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法回顾性分析该院中2018年12月-2019年12月间收入的小儿腹泻患者一般资料,并根据该次实验要求抽取出50例患儿作为实验对象开展研究,采用拈纸团的方式将所有患儿均分为两组,其中单数为实验组,双数为对照组,每组中均纳入25例患儿。对实验组患儿实施小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷联合治疗方案,对照组患者实施常规治疗。治疗结束后根据两组患儿的症状消失时间以及治疗效果进行对比,分析两种方案的有效性。结果该次研究成果显示,实验组患儿的治疗有效率为96.00%,和对照组的72.00%相比明显更优。数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=21.429,P=0.000)。该次研究成果显示,对两组患儿的所有症状消失时间,实验组患儿呕吐缓解时间为(1.34±0.29)d,优于对照组患儿(2.69±0.52)d,差异有统计学意义(t=11.337,P=0.000),其余各数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过该次研究成果可以得出,针对小儿腹泻患者,应实施小儿推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗方案,其效果明显优于常规治疗,不仅治疗效果更优,还能更快的缓解患儿的临床症状,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of pediatric massage combined with acupoint application on diarrhea in children. Methods A retrospective analysis of the general data of children with diarrhea in the hospital from December2018 to December 2019, and according to the requirements of this experiment, 50 children were selected as experimental subjects, using the method of crepe paper. All children were divided into two groups, the singular number was the experimental group, the double number was the control group, and 25 cases were included in each group. The children in the experimental group were treated with a combination of pediatric massage and acupoint sticking, and the patients in the control group were treated routinely. After the treatment, the symptoms disappeared according to the two groups of children and the treatment effect was compared to analyze the effectiveness of the two programs. Results The results of this study showed that the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was significantly better than that in the control group of 72.00%. Data differences were statistically significant(χ^2=21.429,P=0.000). The results of this study showed that the time to all patients with symptoms disappeared in the two groups, the time to vomiting in the experimental group was(1.34±0.29)d, which was better than that in the control group(2.69±0.52)d. The difference was statistically significant(t=11.337,P=0.000), the other data were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion According to the results of this study, it is concluded that for children with diarrhea, the treatment of pediatric massage combined with acupoint sticking should be implemented, the effect is obviously better than the conventional treatment, not only the treatment effect is better, but also the child’s clinical symptoms can be relieved more quickly,which is worthy of clinical application.
