摘要
目的评价强化护理干预对小儿急性腹泻患儿临床症状、复发率等方面的影响,为小儿急性腹泻护理工作提供参考。方法选择我院儿科2018年10月至2019年7月收治治疗的急性腹泻小儿,总计86例。进行腹泻患儿分组护理,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组43例急性腹泻患儿采取常规护理,观察组43例急性腹泻患儿采取强化护理干预,对比对照组与观察组急性腹泻患儿组间护理整体效果。结果观察组患者复发率明显低于对照组,家属疾病知识掌握率明显高于对照组,均P<0.05。观察组肠球菌属、乳杆菌、真杆菌测定结果均明显优于对照组;观察组退热时间、纠正脱水时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,均P<0.05。结论给予急性腹泻患儿强化护理干预可以促进患儿肠道改善、缩短患儿康复时间,提高家属健康知识掌握度,护理效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of intensive nursing intervention on the clinical symptoms and recurrence rate of children with acute diarrhea,so as to provide reference for the nursing work of children with acute diarrhea.Methods Eighty-six children with acute diarrhea were selected from our hospital from October 2018 to July 2019.Patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Forty-three children with acute diarrhea in the control group received routine nursing,43 children with acute diarrhea in the observation group received intensive nursing intervention,and the overall effect of nursing between the control group and the observation group was compared.Results The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the rate of family members'knowledge of the disease was significantly higher than that in the control group,all P<0.05.In the observation group,Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,Eubacterium measurement results were significantly better than those of the control group.In the observation group,the time for antipyretic,the time to correct dehydration and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention for children with acute diarrhea can improve the intestinal tract,shorten the recovery time of children,improve the health knowledge of family members,and the nursing effect is significant.
