摘要
目的分析中药敷脐联合小儿推拿在小儿腹泻康复治疗中的临床应用价值.方法选择2020年1—12月该院收治的腹泻患儿94例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组47例采用常规治疗,研究组47例在对照组基础上采用中药敷脐联合小儿推拿治疗,对两组治疗效果、临床相关指标及不良反应发生情况进行比较.结果研究组治疗总有效率95.74%高于对照组的78.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组退热时间(2.16±0.42)d、止泻时间(3.08±1.17)d均短于对照组的(4.38±0.51)d、(6.34±1.25)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组恶心呕吐、皮疹、头痛等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论腹泻患儿使用中药敷脐联合小儿推拿治疗,可缩短患儿退热时间、止泻时间,降低不良反应发生率,增强治疗效果.
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine application on umbilical cord combined with pediatric massage in the rehabilitation treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods From January to December 2020,94 children with diarrhea were admitted to this hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.47 cases in the control group received conventional treatment,and 47 cases in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine application on umbilical cord combined with pediatric massage on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,clinical related indicators and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.74%,which was higher than 78.72%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time of the study group was(2.16±0.42)d,and the antidiarrheal time was(3.08±1.17)d,which were shorter than the control group's(4.38±0.51)d and(6.34±1.25)d,the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea,vomiting,rash,headache and other adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine application on umbilical cord combined with pediatric massage for children with diarrhea can shorten the time of fever and antidiarrhea,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
