摘要
运用熵权法构建新型城镇化综合指标,基于安徽省各地级市2008—2017年的面板数据,从空间计量经济学角度出发,结合空间溢出效应,构建空间杜宾模型,研究新型城镇化对雾霾污染的影响效应。结果表明,安徽省各地级市间雾霾污染存在显著的空间溢出效应;新型城镇化对雾霾污染具有正向影响且溢出效应显著;天然气覆盖率以及废气治理都有效缓解了雾霾污染,而产业结构加重了雾霾污染。对此需推动区域雾霾污染联合治理;转变生产生活方式;基于新型城镇化试点省份机遇,继续实现新型城镇化发展创新,以发展促进雾霾治理。
In this paper,entropy weight method is used to construct the comprehensive index of new-type urbanization.Based on the panel data of urbanization of each prefecture-level city in Anhui province from 2008 to 2017,spatial spillover effect is considered from the perspective of spatial econometrics,and spatial Dubin model is constructed to study the influence effect of new-type urbanization on haze pollution.The results show that there are significant spatial spillover effects of haze pollution among prefecture-level cities in Anhui province.The new urbanization has a positive impact on haze pollution and a significant spillover effect.Natural gas coverage and waste gas treatment have effectively alleviated haze pollution,while the industrial structure has aggravated haze pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to promote joint prevention and control of regional haze pollution and establish a unified and coordinated governance mechanism.Based on the opportunity of new-type urbanization pilot provinces,we will continue to realize new-type urbanization development and innovation to promote haze control through development.
