基于同伴教育的心理护理对慢性支气管哮喘患者主观幸福感、负性情绪及自我效能的影响 被引量:23

Effect of psychological nursing based on peer education on subjective well-being,negative emotion and self-efficacy in patients with chronic bronchial asthma

摘要 目的探讨基于同伴教育的心理护理对慢性支气管哮喘患者主观幸福感、负性情绪及自我效能的影响。方法选择2017年6月~2019年1月在我院接受治疗的支气管哮喘患者80例进行回顾性分析。根据患者接受干预方式的不同将其分为2组,对照组40例行常规护理干预,观察组39例行基于同伴教育的心理护理。对比两组患者主观幸福感、负性情绪及自我效能。结果护理后两组主观幸福感评分均明显升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(t=-3.049、-2.553、-2.558,P<0.05)。护理后两组SAS、SDS评分均明显下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(t=15.161、11.181,P<0.05),护理后两组自我效能评分均明显升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(t=-9.444,P<0.05)。护理后2组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均明显升高,但观察组升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论基于同伴教育的心理护理可明显提高慢性支气管哮喘患者主观幸福感、缓解负性情绪,提高患者自我效能水平,改善肺功能。 Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing based on peer education on subjective well-being,negative emotion and self-efficacy in patients with chronic bronchial asthma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 was performed. They were divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and 39 patients in the observation group underwent psychological nursing based on peer education. The subjective well-being,negative emotions and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The subjective well-being scores in the two groups after nursing were increased,and the increase in observation group was much more than that on the control group(t=-3.049,-2.553,-2.558,P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after the nursing,and the decrease in the observation group was more significantly than that in the control group(t=15.161,11.181,P<0.05). The self-efficacy scores of the two groups were significantly increased after the nursing,and the increase in observation group was much more than that on the control group(t=-9.444,P<0.05). After treatment,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC were significantly increased in the 2 groups,and the increase in observation group was much more than that on the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing based on peer education can significantly improve subjective well-being,relieve negative emotions,improve patient selfefficacy and improve lung function in patients with chronic bronchial asthma.
