摘要
肠道菌群与许多疾病的发生密切相关,其结构改变与年龄、环境、遗传、心理等因素相关。该综述旨在探讨中医体质、证型与肠道菌群的相互关系,及与体质、证型相关的肠道菌群结构特征规律。通过文献研究,该综述基于中医体质和肠道菌群的相同影响因素,即年龄(生命过程论)、环境(环境制约论)、遗传(禀赋遗传论)、心理(形神构成论),论述前、后者之间可能存在的相互关系,也展示学术界对已知肠道菌群影响因素的不同观点。目前已有不少中医证型相关的特征性肠道菌群结构研究报道,但两者之间的关系未建立为直接因果关系;同一证型的肠道菌群结构可因病种、病位、病机不同而出现差异。肠道菌群与中医辨人体质、辨证的相关研究结构有助于指导中医治疗肠道菌群相关疾病的处方依据,值得进一步研讨。
The intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence of many diseases,and its structural changes are related to age,environment,genetics,psychology and other factors.This review aims to explore the relationship between TCM constitution,syndrome type and intestinal flora,and the structural characteristics of intestinal flora related to constitution and syndrome.Through literature research,the review is based on the same influencing factors of TCM constitution and intestinal flora,namely age(life process theory),environment(environmental restriction theory),inheritance(endowment genetic wheel),psychology(formation of form and spirit),The possible interrelationships between the former and the latter also demonstrate the different perspectives of the academic community on the factors affecting the known intestinal flora.At present,there are many reports on the characteristics of characteristic intestinal flora related to TCM syndromes,but the relationship between the two has not been established as a direct causal relationship;the intestinal flora structure of the same syndrome can be different due to disease type,disease position and pathogenesis.The research structure of intestinal flora and TCM differentiation of human body quality and syndrome differentiation is helpful to guide the prescription of Chinese medicine for the treatment of intestinal flora-related diseases,which deserves further study.
