摘要
目的探讨睡眠剥夺联合水合氯醛镇静对患儿PICC置管的中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月我院收治的49例PICC置管患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组24例和对照组25例,对照组给予常规置管方法,观察组在对照组的基础上实施睡眠剥夺联合水合氯醛镇静,比较两组患儿干预后的一次置管成功率和镇静有效率。结果观察组患儿镇静效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿一次穿刺成功例数、送管困难例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿应用睡眠剥夺联合水合氯醛镇静法,可有效改善患儿镇静睡眠效果,提高一次穿刺成功率,降低送管困难率,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of sleep deprivation combined with chloral hydrate sedation in children patients with PICC catheterization.Methods To select 49 cases of children patients with PICC catheterization admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into observation group(24 cases)and control group(25 cases).The control group was given conventional catheterization method.On the basis of the control group,sleep deprivation combined with chloral hydrate sedation was performed in the observation group.The success rate and sedation efficiency of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The sedation effect of the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The number of cases of one-off successful punctures and the number of cases of difficulty in delivery pipe in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric application of sleep deprivation combined with chloral hydration sedation method could effectively improve the sedative sleep effect of children,improve the success rate of one puncture,and reduce the difficulty rate of feeding.Therefore,it has clinical application value.
