摘要
目的探讨康惠尔透明贴联合护理干预在辅助治疗经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管后静脉血栓的影响。方法选择广东韶关粤北人民医院血液内科2017年1月-2018年12月住院期间PICC置管后发生静脉血栓的患者248例,在规范药物治疗血栓的同时,应用康惠尔透明贴联合护理干预辅助治疗PICC置管后静脉血栓,分析该方式对患者康复的影响。结果康惠尔透明贴联合护理干预辅助治疗PICC置管后静脉血栓形成,效果良好,PICC周围皮肤无异常,且无严重并发症发生。结论康惠尔透明贴联合护理干预能较好辅助治疗PICC置管后静脉血栓,有利于减轻患者机体疼痛与肿胀,减少或预防感染,同时有助于降低并发症,减少拔管的可能性,确保患者后期顺利康复出院,具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kanghuier transparent plaster combined with nursing intervention on venous thrombosis after peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization.Methods Two hundred and forty-eight patients with venous thrombosis after PICC catheterization during hospitalization from January 2017 to December 2018 in Hematology Department of Shaoguan Yuebei People’s Hospital of Guangdong Provine were selected and treated with Kanghuier transparent plaster combined with nursing intervention for the treatment of post-vascular thrombosis after PICC catheterization at the same time of standardizing drug treatment of thrombus.The impact of this approach on patient recovery was analyzed.Results The effect of Kanghuier transparent plaster combined with nursing intervention for the treatment of venous thrombosis after PICC catheterization was good,no abnormal skin around PICC,and no serious complications.Conclusion Kanghuier transparent plaster combined with nursing intervention could better treat venous thrombosis after PICC catheterization,which could reduce the pain and swelling of patients,reduce or prevent infection,and help reduce com plications and reduce the possibility of extubation,ensure the smooth recovery and discharge of patients later,which had certain clinical significance.
