摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病的主要病因为毒邪袭肺;根本病机为毒损肺络,正气亏虚;病理状态为毒虚共存;发生发展的关键因素为毒邪痹阻肺络,日久排毒无力,毒邪续生则损络之势更盛。故该病的治疗原则为托毒通络,从气血两个角度入手以托毒,通过益气、养血和营以托毒,调理气机、消痰毒、化瘀毒以通络,攻补结合,以促进气血津液正常运行,减少痰瘀毒邪等内生之毒的产生,防止毒邪留滞为害,荼毒五脏,从而恢复人体阴升阳降、阴阳调和的生理状态。
The main cause of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is toxin impairing lung and Qi deficiency;the pathological state is the coexistence of toxin and deficiency conditions;the key factor for its development is toxic Evils obstructing Lung,and due to the long-term weakening detoxification ability the poisonous Evils continue to be more powerful.Therefore,the treatment principle of the disease is to dispel the Toxin and dredge the collaterals,starting from the two angles of Qi and Blood,through nourishing the Qi,Blood and regulating the Ying condition.By regulating the Qi movement,the Phlegm and Stasis toxins would be removed and the collaterals can be dredged.Combining the method of attacking and compensation to promote the normal operation of Qi and Blood fluid,and to reduce the production of endogenous toxins such as the Phlegm and Stasis Evils,and toprevent the poisonous factors stay within body to smear the five Zang organs,thus restoring the normal physiological state of ascending Yin and descend?ing Yang,which are in a harmonious condition.
