摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病是呼吸系统常见病与多发病,本病的患病率、致残率、病死率均高,且呈逐年增加趋势。现代医学认为机体的免疫功能低下是COPD发生、发展、转归的重要因素。中医学认为本病之所以反复发作,是由于正气虚弱,卫气不固,致外邪易侵,正气的抗病能力与免疫功能类似。中医药通过扶正祛邪治疗COPD,取得了较好的疗效。本文对近10年来有关气虚证与现代医学免疫指标相关性的文献进行了研究,本文对COPD气虚证与免疫功能的相关性研究从细胞因子、T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白等方面进行综合阐述,以期为COPD临床辨证分型提供参考依据。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease of the respiratory system.The preva-lence,disability,and fatality rate of this disease are all high,and they are increasing year by year.Modern medicine believes that the body’s low immune function is an important factor in the occurrence,development and outcome of COPD.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the recurrence of this disease is due to the weakness of righteous qi and the lack of solid qi,which can easily invade exter-nal evils.The disease resistance of righteous qi is similar to the immune function.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good cura-tive effect in treating COPD by strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens.This article researches the literature on the correlation between Qi deficiency syndrome and modern medical immune indicators in the past 10 years.This article studies the correlation between COPD Qi deficiency syndrome and immune function from the aspects of cytokines,T lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulins,etc.Compre-hensive elaboration,in order to provide an objective reference basis for the clinical differentiation of COPD.
