摘要
目的:为了快速检测重金属污染物毒性对人类身体健康的危害,以及不同重金属毒性的大小。具体方法:确定仪器与试剂,之后提取出样品重金属的形态,完成样品预处理后分为两组样品检测组和对照组分别进行化学分析。结果:根据测试结果,针对一些毒性较弱的重金属,如铌对照组的反应并不强烈,即对毒性的敏感度较低,而测试样品组对重金属毒性的检测反应比较强,对于铌的检测结果较为精准,因为铌在三阶或六阶时会产生微弱毒性,因而说明其对重金属毒性的检测相对精准。
OBJECTIVE:To rapidly detect the harm of toxicity of heavy metal pollutants to human health and the toxicity of different heavy metals.Specific methods:Determine the instrument and reagent,and then extract the speciation of heavy metals from the samples.After the sample pretreatment,the samples were divided into two groups:the sample detection group and the control group for chemical analysis.Result:According to the test results,the reaction to some heavy metals with less toxicity,such as niobium control group,is not strong,that is,the sensitivity to toxicity is low,while the test sample group has stronger response to toxicity of heavy metals,and the test results for niobium are more accurate,because niobium will produce slight toxicity in the third or sixth order.Therefore,the detection of heavy metal toxicity is relatively accurate.
