摘要
                
                    应企业需求开发了一条采用智能机器人代替人工作业的CNC加工岛,包括四台多轴加工中心、视觉引导机器人抓取系统、机器人行走装置、上下料输送装置、自动液压夹具等。介绍了机器人在中小型零件机加工领域的应用前景和需求;详细阐述了该CNC加工岛的建立、机械装置设计、工作流程以及控制系统集成设计。现场测试结果表明:备料完成后,该加工岛可以实现零件的全自动无人化加工,并满足节拍及质量要求。
                
                A Computer Numerical Control(CNC)machining workstation which adopts intelligent robot instead of manual operation is developed according to the demand of the enterprise.It was included of four multi-axis machining centers,visual guided robot grab system,robot walking device,loading and unloading conveying device,and automatic hydraulic fixture,and etc.The application prospect and requirement of robot in the field of machining small and medium sized parts was introduced,and in detail the establishment of the CNC machining workstation was expounded,and the design of the mechanical device,the workflow and the integrated design of the control system.The actual test results show that after the material preparation is finished,the machining workstation can process parts automatically without worker,and meet the requirements of efficiency and quality.
