摘要
以自动生产线物料搬运工作站为研究对象,针对机器人与生产线进行物料自动搬运的问题,利用RobotStudio虚拟仿真软件对自动生产线物料搬运过程进行动态模拟和离线编程。研究给出了工作站的结构布局及生产线输送链的Smart组件设计,并结合机器人对工作站进行了离线编程与调试。在仿真调试的基础上,设计制造实际的自动生产线工作站。工作站由ABB机器人、码垛工作台、三相异步电机、供料单元、输送带及主控PLC等组成。给出了实际工作站系统架构和设备间的通信方式,将仿真工作站的程序导入实际工作站完成设备调试。该研究对于传统装备制造类企业进行设备升级改造具有很好的借鉴意义。
Taking the material handling workstation of automatic production line as the research object,aiming at the problem of automatic material handling between robot and production line,the off-line programming and dynamic simulation of the material handling process of automatic production line are proposed by using RobotStudio.The structure layout of the workstation and the design of smart components of the conveyor chain of the production line are given.The workstation is programmed and debugged off-line with the robot.On the basis of simulation and debugging,the actual automatic production line workstation is designed and manufactured.The workstation consists of a ABB robot,a feeding unit,stacking table,three-phase asynchronous motor,the conveyor chain and a main control PLC.The architecture of workstation and the communication mode between devices are given.The program of simulation workstation is imported into the actual workstation for equipment debugging.This research has a good reference for the upgrading and transformation of traditional equipment manufacturing enterprises.
