摘要
培养目标规定了人才培养的方向及要求。当前,学前教育专业不同学制类型培养目标的制定与表述不尽相同。文中从培养方向、使用规格、规格与要求三个维度,比较了不同学制类型培养目标,提出了关于五年制专科学前教育专业培养目标制定的对策建议,主要包括培养目标的认识前提、内容选择依据、内容表述的要求等。
The training objectives stipulate the direction and requirements of personnel training.At present,the formulation and expression of training objectives for different types of pre-school education are different.It is important to determine how to formulate the training objectives of the five-year pre-school education specialty in order to meet its own characteristics and be conducive to the development of the students.This paper compares the training objectives of different types of schooling from three dimensions,respectively,training directions,using specifications,specifications and requirements,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the formulation of training objectives of five-year pre-school education specialty,including the understanding premise of training objectives,the basis of content selection,and the requirements of content expression.
