摘要
面对当前高等教育分类发展争创一流的契机,从地方本科高校供给侧角度出发,审视影响地方高校建设高水平大学的因素和存在的问题,提出地方本科院校只有找准自己的生态位,主动融入区域发展战略,坚决走产教融合与区域发展共同体之路,才能提升自身的区域适切性。通过人才培养模式创新、学科专业优化、课程体系调整、师资队伍重改、科研战略转变、先进文化育人功能的发挥,自觉承担区域发展的时代使命,以服务区域和为区域经济发展提供一流高水平应用型人才,实现突围和赶超。
Faced with the opportunity of creating first-class universities and the classified development of higher education,this paper attempts to examine the factors and problems affecting the construction of local high-level universities from the perspective of the supply side of local undergraduate universities,and proposes that local undergraduate universities should find their own niche,actively integrate into the regional development strategy,resolutely follow the road of integration of industry and education and regional development community and enhance its regional suitability.Through innovation of personnel training mode,optimization of discipline and specialty,adjustment of curriculum system,re-reform of teaching staff,transformation of scientific research strategy,and exertion of advanced culture and education function,it consciously undertakes the era mission of regional development in order to serve the region and provide first-class and high-level applied talents to break through and catch up with others.
