摘要
公共文化空间集生产、供给、分配和消费为一体,具有多重属性和多种功能,是农村公共文化服务体系建设的重要载体。农村公共文化服务体系建设正处于一个“空间转向”的过程,即由“管治空间”向“服务空间”、“由权威空间”向生活空间和由单向式空间向互动式空间转变的发展趋势。当前农村公共文化空间存在着传统形态的功能弱化与现代形态的机制缺失两大困境,处于一种“两边夹生、中间空心”的过渡形态。农村现代公共文化服务体系建设需进行“空间重塑”,打造一种“内嵌型”公共文化空间,以调动民间文化力量的主动性、积极性,推进国家文化治理体系和治理能力现代化。
With multiple attributes and functions,public cultural space integrates production,supply,distribution and consumption and serves as an important carrier for rural public cultural service system.Rural public cultural service system is undergoing a process of“spatial turn”——from governance space to service space,from authority space to living space and from one-way space to interactive space.Rural public cultural space is faced with two major transitiona l difficulties:the functions of the traditional form are being weakened and the mechanism of the modern form is still missing.Thus,the modern rural public cultural service system needs to“reshape space”to create an“embedded”type of public cultural space in order to bring into full play the initiative of the folk cultural force and modernize the national cultural governance system and governance power.
