摘要
为了确定由茯苓、黄芪、陈皮、板蓝根、山楂、黄柏等中草药配伍成的发酵复方在断奶仔猪饲粮中的最佳添加量,试验将发酵复方中草药按照0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%比例添加在断奶仔猪饲粮中,每组设置4个重复,每个重复为8头断奶仔猪。在饲喂后的第14 d和28 d,测定仔猪的生长性能与生化、免疫指标,以确定发酵复方中草药的最佳添加量。试验结果表明:饲粮中添加发酵复方中草药能够增加仔猪平均日采食量、提高平均日增重、降低料重比,并能够在1~14 d断奶初期降低仔猪腹泻率,提高血清中总蛋白、Ig G含量,增强仔猪免疫能力,差异显著(P<0.05);发酵复方中草药在仔猪饲粮中的最佳添加量为0.2%。
For determining the best suitable proportion of fermented Chinese herbal composed of poria,astragalus, citrus, radix, hawthorn and cork in diets of weaning pigs, 0%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% fer-mented Chinese herbal was added to diet in our study,and 128 pigs were randomly allotted to 4 treat-ments with 4 replicates of 8 pigs.The growth performance and immune function of weaned piglets weretested in the 14 d and 28 d for determining the best suitable proportion.The results showed that add-ing the fermented Chinese herbal could improve the average daily feed intake and weight gain of pig-lets, reduce the ration of feed to gain and the diarrhea rate of weaned piglets from 1 to 14 days, more-over, it also could improve the total protein and Ig G in serum, increase immunity of piglets with a sig-nificant difference(P<0.05). In a conclusion, the best suitable proportion of fermented Chinese herbalin piglets diet was 0.2%.
