摘要
概述了中草药微生物发酵制剂的概念、微生物发酵中草药的主要特点及中草药微生物发酵制剂在提高畜禽生产性能、改善产品品质、增强免疫机能、防治疾病、缓解应激反应、改善繁殖机能方面的应用效果,浅析了存在的主要问题与将来的发展方向,为中草药微生物发酵制剂在畜禽生产中的研究与应用提供参考。
The authors introduces the concept,main characteristics and application of Chinese herbal medicine microbial fermentation preparations in improving livestock and poultry production performance and quality,enhancing immune function,preventing the disease,relieving stress and improving the reproduction function. In addition,the main problems and development direction of Chinese herbal medicine microbial fermentation preparations in future were analyzed,so as to provide the reference for microbial fermentation of Chinese herbal medicine preparation in the research and application in livestock and poultry production.
