摘要
本文合成了尚未见报道的L-亮氨酸Schiff碱的铜(Ⅱ)固体配合物,进行了元素分析、摩尔电导、电子光谱、红外光谱和热重—差热分析的测定。确定了可能的分子结构式,讨论了配合物的配位情况和热稳定性,测定了配合物对黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性。
The new complex of Cu(Ⅱ) with Schiff base of L-Leucine has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, UV, IR and TG-DTA. The possible structure of the complex was proposed. The result of antibacterial activity showed the complex exhit antibacterial activity against S. Aureus, E. coli, B, Subtilis.
