摘要
免疫治疗是目前恶性肿瘤的治疗方法之一,主要利用患者体内自体或异体免疫细胞的免疫效应改善患者症状,延长患者生存期并改善预后。近年来,乳腺癌免疫治疗已成为新的乳腺癌治疗方法,其有效性和安全性也逐渐得到证实。乳腺癌的免疫治疗主要根据明确的乳腺癌免疫分型进行相应的敏感性治疗,以主动免疫和被动免疫为主要治疗方法,其中主动免疫指疫苗免疫,被动免疫主要包括免疫细胞治疗(如T淋巴细胞)、过继疗法、人表皮生长因子2单克隆抗体等。
Immunotherapy is one of the treatment methods for malignant tumors at present. It mainly uses the immune effects of autoimmune or alloimmune cells in patients to improve the symptoms,prolong the survival and improve the prognosis. In recent years,immunotherapy has become a new treatment for breast cancer,and its effectiveness and safety have been gradually confirmed. Immunotherapy of breast cancer is mainly the corresponding sensitive treatment based on the specific immune typing,including active immunotherapy and passive immunotherapy. The active immunotherapy mainly refers to the application of vaccines,and the passive immunotherapy mainly includes immune cells treatment( such as T lymphocyte),adoptive therapy,and human epidermal growth factor 2 monoclonal antibodies.
