摘要
目的:分析彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶在乳腺癌普查中的应用效果。方法:本院2017年1月~2022年11月共有50980例接受乳腺癌普查,其中48例确诊,以48例患者为研究对象,分别实施彩色多普勒超声检查、钼靶检查,分析两种方式联合诊断效果。结果:48例患者的发病部位有22例为右乳,有26例为左乳,另有1例发生于乳晕后,有21例发生于外上象限,有4例发生于内下象限,有4例发生于内上象限,有19例发生于外下象限;病理类型为浸润性非特殊癌有43例,导管内癌有1例,粘液腺癌有1例,小叶癌有1例,导管原位癌有2例;联合检查的诊断符合率明显高于单一诊断(P<0.05);彩色多普勒超声检查的腋窝淋巴结肿大、异常血流信号/血管征和肿块检出率均明显高于钼靶检查,微小钙化灶检出率明显低于钼靶检查(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌普查中将彩色多普勒超声和钼靶联合在一起,能够弥补各自不足,提升诊断效果。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of color Doppler ultrasound combined with molybdenum target in breast cancer screening.Methods:From January 2017 to November 2022,a total of 50,980 patients received breast cancer screening in our hospital,of which 48 cases were confirmed.Color Doppler ultrasonography and molybdenum target examination were performed respectively in these 48 patients,and the combined diagnosis effect of the two methods was analyzed.Results:Among the 48 patients,22 cases were in the right breast,26 cases in the left breast,1 case in the posterior areola,21 cases in the upper outer quadrant,4 cases in the lower inner quadrant,4 cases in the upper inner quadrant,and 19 cases in the lower outer quadrant.There were 43 cases of invasive non-specific carcinoma,1 case of intraductal carcinoma,1 case of mucinous adenocarcinoma,1 case of lobular carcinoma and 2 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ.The diagnostic coincidence rate of combined examination was significantly higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05).The detection rate of axillary lymph node enlargement,abnormal blood flow signal/vascular sign and mass by color Doppler ultrasonography was significantly higher than that by mammography,and the detection rate of micro-calcification was significantly lower than that by mammography(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target in breast cancer screening can make up for their respective shortcomings,improve the diagnostic effect.
