摘要
目的研究对乳腺癌围手术期患者应用多学科协作护理模式的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区的84例乳腺癌手术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(42例)与观察组(42例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取多学科协作护理模式,比较两组的情绪、睡眠、并发症以及满意度。结果观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌围手术期患者应用多学科协作护理模式,能有效预防术后并发症,同时也有利于调节患者情绪,改善术后睡眠,提高其满意度。
Objective To study the effect of applying multidisciplinary collaborative care model in perioperative patients with breast cancer.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,84 breast cancer surgery patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected as the research objects,according to the random table method,they were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative care mode.The mood,sleep,complications and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary cooperative care mode for perioperative breast cancer patients can effectively prevent postoperative complications,but also help to adjust patients’mood,improve postoperative sleep,and improve their satisfaction.
