摘要
腹部外科术后切口愈合不良多继发于切口感染、出血、皮下脂肪液化、缝合不当以及营养状况不良等,严重影响患者术后康复和生活质量。早期发现、合理治疗是提高切口愈合不良治疗效果的关键。本文就腹部外科术后切口愈合不良的影响因素、风险防范和治疗现状研究进展进行综述。
Poor healing of the postoperative abdominal surgical incision is often associated with incisional infection,bleeding,subcutaneous fat liquefaction,improper suture and poor nutritional status,which seriously affected the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life. Early detection and proper treatment are the key to improve the prognosis. This paper reviews the common etiology,characteristics,and treatment of abdominal incision healing in gastrointestinal surgery.
