摘要
目的分析骨盆骨折患者围手术期中医理念下系统化护理的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2022年2月医院骨盆骨折患者100例,依据围手术期护理干预方法不同分为中医理念下系统化护理干预组(2021年3月—2022年2月,系统化护理干预组)、常规化护理干预组(2020年2月—2021年2月)两组,各50例,统计分析两组患者的疼痛程度、伤口愈合情况、生活质量、依从性、功能障碍程度、并发症发生情况、卧床时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、护理满意度。结果术后1 d系统化护理干预组患者的VAS评分低于常规化护理干预组(t=19.387,P<0.05)。护理干预后,系统化护理干预组患者的PUSH评分低于常规化护理干预组(P<0.05),KPS评分高于常规化护理干预组(P<0.05)。系统化护理干预组患者的依从性98.00%(49/50)高于常规化护理干预组82.00%(41/50)(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。护理干预后,系统化护理干预组患者的功能障碍程度各项评分均低于常规化护理干预组(P<0.05)。系统化护理干预组患者的并发症发生率10.00%(5/50)低于常规化护理干预组26.00%(13/50)(χ^(2)=17.655,P<0.05)。系统化护理干预组患者的卧床时间短于常规化护理干预组(t=15.853,P<0.05),住院时间短于常规化护理干预组(t=14.765,P<0.05),骨折愈合时间短于常规化护理干预组(t=5.402,P<0.05)。系统化护理干预组患者的护理满意度96.00%(48/50)高于常规化护理干预组78.00%(39/50)(χ^(2)=33.390,P<0.05)。结论骨盆骨折患者围手术期护理干预中,与常规化护理干预相比,中医理念下系统化护理干预组的临床应用效果较好。
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention group under the concept of traditional Chinese medicine in perioperative period for patients with pelvic fracture.Methods 100 patients with pelvic fracture in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively seleced.According to different perioperative nursing intervention methods,they were divided into two groups:systematic nursing intervention group(from March 2021 to February 2022,systematic nursing intervention group)and routine nursing intervention group(from February 2020 to February 2021),with 50 patients in each group.The pain degrees,wound healing,quality of life,compliance,degrees of dysfunction,and complications,bed time,hospital stay,fracture healing time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results One day after operation,the VAS score of patients in the systematic nursing intervention group was lower than that in the routine nursing intervention group(t=19.387,P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the push score of patients in systematic nursing intervention group was lower than that in routine nursing intervention group(P<0.05),and the KPS score was higher than that in routine nursing intervention group(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in systematic nursing intervention group was 98.00%(49/50)higher than that in routine nursing intervention group 82.00%(41/50)(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of dysfunction in the systematic nursing intervention group were lower than those in the routine nursing intervention group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the systematic nursing intervention group was 10.00%(5/50)lower than that in the routine nursing intervention group(26.00%(13/50)(χ^(2)=17.655,P<0.05).The length of stay in bed in the systematic nursing intervention group was shorter than that in the routine nursing intervention group(t=15.853,P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the routine nursing intervention group(t=14.765,P<0.05),and the fracture healing time was shorter than that in the routine nursing intervention group(t=5.402,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the systematic nursing intervention group was 96.00%(48/50)higher than that in the routine nursing intervention group 78.00%(39/50)(χ^(2)=33.390,P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing intervention of pelvic fracture patients,compared with the routine nursing intervention,the clinical application effect of the systematic nursing intervention group under the concept of traditional Chinese medicine is better.
