摘要
目的分析PDCA循环法在放射科护理质量管理中的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月于我院放射科进行检查的患者800例,依据护理管理工作是否执行PDCA循环法设为对照组和观察组,每组400例。对照组护理管理方法执行常规护理管理模式,观察组增加PDCA循环法进行护理质量管理,观察两组患者的检查等候时间及不良事件发生情况,并采用放射科自制护理服务满意度调查表进行护理服务质量满意度评估。结果观察组患者检查等候时间为(17.5±5.2)min,明显短于对照组(P<0.05),同时造影剂过敏、渗漏、检查误检退检以及患者投诉纠纷的发生率为0.50%、0.25%、0.50%、1.25%,明显低于对照组;观察组患者对于放射科护理服务满意度为90.00%,亦高于对照组的80.50%(P<0.05)。结论放射科护理工作中,利用PDCA循环法可明显提高护理服务质量水平,有效降低护理不良事件的发生,提高工作效率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of PDCA circulation method in the nursing quality management in the department of radiology.Methods A total of 800 patients who were given examinations in the Department of Radiology in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.According to whether the PDCA circulation method was performed according to the nursing management work,they were assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 400 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management mode as the nursing management method.The observation group was further given the PDCA circulation method for nursing quality management.The waiting time in the two groups of patients and the occurrence of adverse events were observed.The selfdeveloped nursing service satisfaction questionnaire in the department of radiology was used to evaluate the satisfaction of nursing service quality.Results The waiting time in the observation group was(17.5±5.2)min,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence rate of contrast agent allergy,leakage,false detection,returned detection and patient complaints and disputes was 0.50%,0.25%,0.50%,and 1.25%respectively,which were all significantly lower than those in the control group;the satisfaction of nursing care services in the department of radiology in the observation group was 90.00%,which was also higher than that in the control group(80.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing work in the department of radiology,the PDCA circulation method can significantly improve the quality of nursing service,effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events,and improve work efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
