摘要
目的探讨PDCA管理模式在双下肢全景图像质量管理中的应用价值。方法由本院放射科质量控制小组,采用PDCA管理模式分析下肢全景检查的现状及影响下肢图像质量的因素,根据造成图像质量问题的具体原因制定解决措施并按计划实行检查,通过对比PDCA管理前后的双下肢全景成像图像优质率,采用配对卡方检验进行统计学分析,评估PDCA管理模式在双下肢全景摄影中的效果。结果PDCA管理前后双下肢图像质量优质率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA管理提高了双下肢全景摄影的图像优质率,为下肢全景摄影检查提供了一种找出图像质量问题并优化的方法,为临床医生对双下肢整体解剖结构的观察和诊断带来更可靠的影像学依据。
Objective To explore the application value of PDCA management mode in quality management of panoramic imaging of lower extremities.Methods According to the PDCA management mode,the status of lower extremity examination and the factors affecting the image quality of lower extremity were analyzed by the quality control group of the radiology department of our hospital.According to the specific causes of the problems in image quality,the measures were evaluated and inspection was carried out according to the plan.By comparing the high quality rate of panoramic imaging,images of both lower extremities before and after PDCA management.The matched chi-square test was used for statistical analysis.To evaluate the effect of PDCA management mode in panoramic imaging of lower extremities.Results There was a significant difference in the image quality and quality rate of both lower extremities before and after PDCA management.Conclusion PDCA management improves the image quality rate of bilateral lower extremity panoramic imaging,provides a method for identifying and optimizing image quality problems for lower extremity panoramic imaging examination,and brings more reliable observation and diagnosis of the overall anatomical structure of both lower extremities for clinicians.
