摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎又称老年性膝关节炎,是临床常见的慢性疾病之一,其发病机制较为复杂,常因疼痛、肿胀等状况影响患者的生活质量,疾病发展到晚期还容易致残,临床治疗方式多样,中医药在其治疗过程中发挥着重要的作用,作者汇总了近五年来中医药治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究文献,对其作一总结概述,以期为膝骨关节炎的临床治疗提供参考。
Knee osteoarthritis,also known as senile knee arthritis,is one of the common chronic diseases in the clinic.Its pathogenesis is complex,often affecting the quality of life of patients due to pain,swelling,etc.The clinical treatment methods are diverse,and traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment process.The author summarizes the clinical research literature on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicinein the past five years,and summarizes the treatment methods of knee osteoarthritis to provide a reference for knee osteoarthritis.
