摘要
目的观察膏方治疗中老年性膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为硫酸氨基葡萄糖组(对照组)和独活寄生膏组(治疗组),于第1、3、6月观察2组治疗前、后VAS、WOMAC评分及不良反应和救援药物使用量。结果 VAS评分、WOMAC疼痛评分在治疗第1个月时,实验组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义;而在治疗第3、6个月时,差异无统计学意义。在实验组,VAS评分、WOMAC疼痛评分在治疗第1、3、6个月时,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义。在对照组,VAS评分、WOMAC疼痛评分在治疗第1个月时,与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义;而在治疗3、6月时,差异有统计学意义。WOMAC僵硬评分、关节活动评分在治疗第1、3、6个月时,实验组和对照组比较,差异没有统计学意义。WOMAC僵硬评分、关节活动评分在治疗第1个月时,在实验组和对照组,与治疗前比较,差异没有统计学意义;而在治疗第3、6个月时,差异有统计学意义。实验组不良反应出现次数及使用止痛救援药物的数量优于对照组。结论独活寄生膏治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效与硫酸氨基葡萄糖具有相似疗效,是可行的方案。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ointment in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into glucosamine sulfate group and Duhuo Jisheng ointment group. The VAS,the WOMAC scores,the adverse drug reactions and the rescue drugs of the two groups were observed before the treatment,at the 1 st,3 rd and 6 th month of the treatment. Results There was significant difference between VAS score and WOMAC pain score in the first month of treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups at the third and sixth month of treatment. In the Duhuo Jisheng ointment group,the difference of VAS score,WOMAC pain score at 1,3,6 months of treatment was statistically significant comparing with pretreatment. In the glucosamine sulfate group,there was no significant difference in the VAS score and WOMAC pain score at the first month of treatment,but the difference was significant at 3,6 months of treatment,comparing with pretreatment. There was no significant difference on WOMAC stiffness score and joint activity score between the two groups at 1,3,6 months of treatment. Both the experimental group and the control group,there was no significant difference between WOMAC stiffness score and joint activity score in the first month of treatment,comparing with pretreatment. But there was significant difference between WOMAC stiffness score and joint activity score at the third and sixth month of treatment,comparing with pretreatment. The number of adverse reactions and the number of analgesic rescue drugs used in the Duhuo Jisheng ointment group were less,comparing to the glucosamine sulfate group. Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng ointment has similar effect with glucosamine sulfate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and it is a viable option for knee osteoarthritis.
