摘要
目的对针灸治疗干眼症的临床研究文献进行统计分析,探索其选穴规律,为临床选穴与合理组穴提供依据。方法以“干眼症”“针刺”“针灸”“电针”“穴位”为关键词,对2004年10月-2018年10月中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)和维普学术期刊全文数据库进行检索,收集、整理国内有关针灸治疗干眼症的临床研究文献,进行分析。将纳入文献中的腧穴分类整理,对选用的腧穴种类、归经、使用频次及分布部位进行统计分析。结果纳入文献80篇,共计73个穴位。从选穴角度分析,最常用于治疗干眼症的穴位依次为攒竹(65)、睛明(58)、太阳(56)、三阴交(44)、丝竹空(43)、合谷(43)、风池(37)、四白(36)、太冲(29)、足三里(26);从归经角度分析,使用腧穴频数较高的经脉依次为足太阳膀胱经(147)、足阳明胃经(95)、足少阳胆经(83)、手阳明大肠经(62)、足太阴脾经(60)、手少阳三焦经(55)、足少阴肾经(33)、足厥阴肝经(32);从分部取穴角度分析,腧穴分布最多的部位为头颈部。结论结论针灸治疗干眼症取穴以局部取穴和循经取穴为主,取穴部位多集中在眼部,部分结合远端取穴,为临床提供参考。
Objective To provide an evidence for clinical point selection and reasonable points combination by statistical analyzing the clinical literature on acupuncture treatment of xerophthalmia and by exploring the regularities of its point selection. Method Taking "xerophthalmia","acupuncture","acupuncture pointsth", etc. as the key word, the writer searched and collected the database of CNKI ( China National Knowledge Infrastructure) from October 2004 to October 2018 and of academic journals from Wanfang full-text data? base. The writer sorted out and analyzed the clinical literature on acupuncture treatments of xerophthalmia at home and abroad. The writer picked up and classified the acupoint which were included in the literature and did a statistical analysis and category of meridians, frequencies of using, position of distribution of selected acupoints. Result The research included 80 articles and 73 acupoints total? ly. From the analysis of point selection, the most frequently used acupoints for treating xerophthalmia were: Cuanzhu(65), Jingming(58), Taiyang(56), Sanyinjiao(44), Sizhukong(43), Hegu(43), Fengchi(37), Sibai(36), Taichong(29), Zusanli(26). From the analysis of meridian tropism, the more frequently used acupoints were the bladder meridian of foot-taiyang(147), the stomach meridian of foot-yangming (95), the gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang (83), the large intestine meridian of hand-yangming(62), the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin(60), the sanjiao meridian of Hand-shaoyang(55), the kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin(33), the liver meridian of foot-jueyin(32). Through the analysis of points selection from different places, the findings is that the most points of acupoints distribute on the head and neck. Conclusion The main way of acupuncture treatment of xerophthalmia is local and along-meridian points selection.Partly combined with along-meridian point selections.The points selected are often located in the ocular region, which provides a clinical reference.
