摘要
现代学徒制是现代职业教育发展中一种先进的、有效的人才培养模式。人才培养方案是现代学徒制的纲领性文件,直接决定了人才培养的质量。因此,结合现代学徒制开展实践情况,提出了现代学徒制人才培养实施途径的建议。
Modern apprenticeship-based education was an advanced and effective mode of talented training in the development of modern vocational education. Talented training program was a programmatic document of modern apprenticeship,which directly determined the quality of talented training. Therefore,combined with the practice of modern apprenticeship,this paper put forward some suggestions on the implementation of modern apprenticeship-based talented training.
