摘要
目的分析急救技能培训对门诊护士急救技能产生的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年10月-2018年10月门诊160名护士接受急救技能培训的数据资料,在培训之前收集门诊护士沟通能力、操作能力、反应速度、与医生配合能力、理论知识掌握能力合格率数据,然后在培训急救技能培训后再次收集各项合格率数据,进行对比分析。结果实施急救技能后门诊护士沟通能力、操作能力、反应速度、与医生配合能力、理论知识掌握能力合格率均高于实施前,数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论门诊护士通过实施急救技能培训极大的提高了急救技能,使门诊护士具有熟练的操作技能,提高了门诊护士的急救质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of first aid skills training on first aid skills of outpatient nurses. Methods Retrospective analysis of data on 160 out-patient nurses trained in first aid skills from October2017 to October 2018, and collection of data on out-patient nurses ability to communicate, operate, react quickly, cooperate with doctors, and master theoretical knowledge prior to training, Then, after the training of first aid skills training, all the pass rate data were collected again and compared. Results After the implementation of first aid skills, outpatient nurses communication ability, operational ability, response speed, ability to cooperate with doctors, and theoretical knowledge were all higher than before the implementation. The data difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Outpatient nurses have greatly improved their first aid skills by implementing first aid skills training, so that outpatient nurses have skilled operation skills and improve the quality of first aid of outpatient nurses, which is worthy of promotion.
