摘要
目的探讨急救模板在急诊护士临床能力培训和考核中应用效果。方法将2016年8月—2017年8月在医院急诊科接受规范化培训的40名护士分为对照组和研究组,各20例。对照组采用传统教学法教学,研究组采用先学习急救模板流程再进行操作训练的培训方法。培训2个月后考核2组护士急救临床技能。结果研究组护士落实急救措施(肾上腺素使用、心肌梗死抢救)的时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。研究组护士急救技能考核成绩较对照组护士提高(P<0.05)。结论应用急救模板开展临床技能培训,能提高急诊年轻护士的急救评估能力和急救应急能力,是一种较理想的辅助培训工具。
Objective To investigate the emergency response plan template in clinical skills training among emergency nurses. Methods Totally 40 emergency nurses receiving standardized training w ere assigned to the control group（ n = 20） and the study group（ n = 20）. The routine teaching method w as adopted in the control group,and the modified teaching method based on emergency response plan template w as performed in the study group. Results Nurses of the study group spent less time in epinephrine use and rescue of myocardial infarction compared w ith that of nurses in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The score of emergency skills assessment in the study group w as higher than that of controls（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The emergency response plan template,as a supportive training tool,can improve the emergency assessment and emergency response capability of nurses.
