摘要
目的研究团队式急救模式培训对于提升急诊护士急救技能的临床有效性。方法选取我院2015年12月~2016年5月80名急诊医护人员作为培训的对象,将急性脑出血、急性心肌梗死、心脏骤停、创伤性休克以及急性中毒等典型疾病的患者当成抢救的案例,组织护理人员进行团队式急救模式培训,对其培训效果进行分析。结果培训后的抢救时间分别为：急性脑出血（17.5±3.7）min,急性心梗（19.5±3.2）min,心脏骤停（16.9±1.8）min,创伤性休克（13.3±2.2）min,急性中毒（20.5±5.4）min。培训后,急性脑出血、急性心肌梗死、心脏骤停、创伤性休克以及急性中毒等典型疾病的抢救时间短于培训前（P〈0.05）。结论通过对培训效果进行分析,团队式急救模式培训对于提升急诊护士急救技能的临床有效性显著,值得临床上广泛推广。
Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of team first aid training for emergency nurses. Methods In our hospital from December 2015 to May 2016,80 emergency medical personnel training as the object,the acute cerebral hemorrhage,acute myocardial infarction,cardiac arrest,traumatic shock and acute poisoning and other typical disease as rescue cases,organize nurses to carry out team training on the training of emergency mode,effect analysis. Results After training the rescue time were： acute cerebral hemorrhage（17.5±3.7） min,acute myocardial infarction（19.5±3.2） min,cardiac arrest（16.9±1.8） min,traumatic shock（13.3±2.2） min,acute poisoning（20.5±5.4） min. After training,the rescue time of acute cerebral hemorrhage,acute myocardial infarction,cardiac arrest,traumatic shock and acute poisoning was shorter than that before training（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the analysis of the training effect,the training of the team first aid mode is significant for the improvement of emergency nurses＇ first-aid skills.
