摘要
[目的]研究慢性胃炎患者采用幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除性治疗的价值及症状改善情况。[方法]选取我院2017年6月~2018年5月收治的88例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为对照组(44例)与观察组(44例),对照组采用三联疗法治疗,观察组采用四联疗法治疗。比较2组的临床效果、Hp根除率、胃泌素、炎性因子水平、临床症状评分、胃镜评分以及不良反应发生率。[结果]观察组慢性胃炎患者的临床总有效率、Hp根除率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的胃泌素含量、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的临床症状评分、胃镜评分以及不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对慢性胃炎患者采用Hp根除性治疗有助于临床症状的改善,可提高Hp清除率和降低炎性因子水平,促进胃泌素水平恢复正常,安全有效,临床应用价值高。
[Objective]To study the value and symptom improvement of Helicobacter pylori radical therapy in patients with chronic gastritis.[Methods]88 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)according to the envelope method.The control group was treated with triple therapy,the observation group was treated with quadruple therapy.The clinical effects,Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,gastrin level,inflammatory factor level,gastrin recovery rate,gastritis symptom improvement rate,clinical symptom score,gastroscope score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.[Results]The total effective rate and eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the patients with chronic gastritis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The levels of gastrin,IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery rate of gastrin and the improvement rate of gastritis symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The radical treatment of Helicobacter pylori in patients with chronic gastritis can improve the clinical symptoms,increase the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,promote the return of gastrin level to normal,safe and effective.The clinical application value is high.
