摘要
目的:分析含四环素和甲硝唑四联疗法一线治疗青霉素过敏患者Hp(幽门螺杆菌)感染的疗效及安全性。方法:纳入2016年4月—2019年4月收治的82例青霉素过敏Hp感染患者,随机平均分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用阿莫西林、克拉霉素、埃索美拉唑三联治疗,观察组采用甲硝唑、四环素、枸橼酸铋钾、埃索美拉唑四联治疗,对比两组Hp根除率、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组Hp根除率(68.29%,28/41)以及临床总有效率(95.12%,39/41)高于对照组(39.02%,16/41、68.29%,28/41),差异有统计学意义P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率(7.32%,3/41)低于对照组(9.76%,4/41),差异无统计学意义P>0.05。结论:含四环素、甲硝唑四联疗法可显著提高青霉素过敏Hp感染患者Hp根除率,促进嗳气等症状消退,且不良反应较少,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of tetracycline and metronidazole in the first-line treatment of Hp(Helicobacter pylori)infection in patients with penicillin allergy.Methods:82 cases of penicillin allergic Hp infection were admitted from April 2016 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,41 cases each.The control group was treated with amoxicillin,clarithromycin and esomeprazole.The observation group was treated with metronidazole,tetracycline,bismuth potassium citrate and esomeprazole Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:The Hp eradication rate(68.29%,28/41)and the total clinical effective rate(95.12%,39/41)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(39.02%,16/41 and 68.29%,28/41),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(7.32%,3/41 and 9.76%,4/41),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of tetracycline and metronidazole can significantly improve the eradication rate of Hp in patients with penicillin allergic Hp infection,promote the disappearance of belching and other symptoms,and have fewer adverse reactions,which is worth learning and promoting.
