摘要
本文总结了近年来国内外护理人才的培养模式,从教育理念、教育体系、教学方法、课程设置、评价体系等方面进行归纳和介绍,旨在为今后探索护理人才培养模式的研究提供参考。
This paper introduced the status quo and prospect of cultivating model for nursing talent in recent years, and summarized the education concept, education system, teaching methods, curriculum setting and evaluation system, in order to provide the reference for future nursing personnel training mode.
