摘要
目的构建护理硕士专业学位研究生岗位核心胜任力指标体系,为高等院校护理人才培养提供科学、有效的参考依据。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法,分别选择12名护理教育和临床护理专家进行两轮咨询。结果最终形成护理硕士专业学位研究生岗位核心胜任力指标体系,涵盖一级指标5项、二级指标20项。专家咨询代表性、可信度高,专家权威程度系数为0.85。结论初步构建了护理硕士专业学位研究生岗位核心胜任力指标体系,为高等院校护理专业学位研究生人才培养提供了参考依据。
Objective To establish a core competency indicator system for the nursing specialists with master degree which provides an effective reference for the training of nursing talents. Methods The method of Delphi expert consultation was performed with 2 rounds of consultation being carried out by 12 experts who were selected as educational and clinical experts of nursing. Results Finally, the core competency indicator system for the nursing specialists with master degree was built including 5 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators with high reliability. The expert authority coefficient was 0.85. Conclusions The core competency indicator system for the nursing specialists with master degree has been preliminarily constructed, which provides a reference for the talent training of nursing degree graduates.
