摘要
研究目的:当前地铁工程的主流BIM设计及应用均局限于车站主体结构的范围内,而对于地铁区间结构的BIM设计尚无研究及应用成果。对于地铁区间的BIM设计尚存在是选择Autodesk平台还是Bentley平台作为BIM设计的工具这一难题。模型在不同软件间传递也总存在丢失构件及其信息的问题。本文以呼和浩特轨道交通1号线一期盾构区间BIM设计为背景,结合Autodesk平台及Bentley平台进行区间结构专业BIM设计,而后采用Navisworks软件与其他专业进行协同设计,以解决以上问题。研究结论:(1)本次BIM设计首次建立了地铁区间的联络通道、疏散平台、区间风井模型,验证了各BIM软件综合应用、无需自主研发区间结构专业BIM插件即可解决区间结构专业BIM设计问题;(2)此次BIM设计验证了采用dwg、skp、dwfx作为中间格式,进行软件间的模型传递,不丢失构件及其信息;(3)此次BIM设计探索了一套盾构区间全专业BIM协同设计及应用的流程及方法,BIM软件生成的工程量是符合工程实际的,多专业协同设计的流程及方法是切实可行的。
Research purposes: The current mainstream BIM design and application of metro engineering are limited to the main structure of the station while for the BIM design of interval structure of the metro station,no research and application results have been obtained. For the BIM design of metro interval engineering,there is still a problem that whether to choose Autodesk platform or Bentley platform as the tool of BIM design. There is always the problem of missing components and their information when models are transferred between different software. Taking the shield section BIM design of the first phase of Hohhot metro line 1 as the background,the professional BIM design of the section structure is carried out by combining Autodesk platform with Bentley platform,and then Navisworks software is adopted for collaborative design with other majors. Through the above methods,the corresponding problems are solved.Research conclusions:( 1) For the first time,this BIM design establishes the connection channel,evacuation platform and interval wind well models of metro sections. It is verified that the integrated application of BIM software can solve the BIM design problem of interval structure specialty without independently developing the BIM plug-in of interval structure specialty.( 2) This BIM design verifies that dwg,skp and dwfx are adopted as intermediate formats to carry out model transmission between software without losing components and their information.( 3) This BIM design explores a set of professional BIM collaborative design and application process and method in shield tunneling range. The engineering quantity generated by BIM software is in line with the engineering practice,and the process and method of multidisciplinary collaborative design is feasible.
